All of the principal rooms are provided with glazed doors to the exterior. The first door in the passgeway leads into the well equipped kitchenn with dishwasher, a breakfast area and doors giving onto the cating area of the covered south terrace. The second door leads into the dining room with a door leading out to the same portion of the covered south terrace and a door leading to the sitting room with fireplace.There is a piano. The third door, being that of the owners'office, will remain locked. The fourth and sixh doors provide access to two double bedrooms. The fifth door opens into the shower room / WC. The last door leads into the largest bedroom with a double and a single bed, doors to the garden and access into the bathroom and a separate WC. The property has TV's, video recorders, hi-fi, DVD, heating, washing machine and laundry area in the garage. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and 1.60 deep. The pool and its paved solarium are enclosed by its out-buidings and fencing with a metal framed door for access. There is a ping-pong table and swings, toboggan, basket.
